The Green Roof: Visocany residence
Visocany Residential Building redefines urban living, blending community spaces within the neighborhood.
Strategically positioned, the commercial areas connect urban gaps, while pitched roofs unify structures and maintain connectivity.
The design integrates public and private spaces, featuring commercial spaces that invite community engagement with vibrant activities like markets, yoga, and more.
Plan drawig Level 1 - Housing area
The layout comprises a ground-level commercial space with a big public garden/square, and on the first floor, private gardens only for the residents are connected with the 5 levels housing building.
Inclined rooftops offer spacious terraces for upper-level apartments, enhancing living spaces with natural light.
An open passage invites exploration, merging commercial functions with a lively communal area, fostering dynamic activities and events that enrich community life.
